Mold Inspector - Seattle, WA
Established in 2004, Envirotest is locally owned and operated by a Physician and Cell Biologist. It is conveniently located on Capitol Hill in Seattle, and serves most of Western Washington. Envirotest performs mold intrusion and moisture assessments and interior air quality analysis, and provides detailed results of sample analysis, and instructions and specifications for remediation. Additional services include testing for asbestos, fiberglass and mineral wool used in insulation and ceiling tiles, dust mites, pollen, skin cells, insect debris and nuisance particulates, and numerous types of volatile organic compounds and solvents. Envirotest is not a franchise, does not have multiple or illusory "locations," does not use independently contracted inspectors, does not provide mold abatement, mold removal, building repair, remediation or construction services, and does not sell or serve as a sales representative for biocides, fungicides or disinfectants. That would be a conflict of interest. Envirotest clients have included King County Housing Authority, Pierce County Housing Authority, City Community Colleges, Seattle Schools, the Seattle Center, the Department of Housing and Urban Development, the National Park Service, Tribal governments, Boeing subcontractors, churches, law, medical and dental offices, patients of the Seattle Cancer Care Alliance, commercial office building, hotel and multi-family property owners, condominium home owner associations, storage facilities, banks, mortgage brokers, real estate agents, home inspectors, general contractors, and property management companies.
