Excellent commendation for technician Isaiah. He astutely found the entry of rodents into home and spotted paw prints in discreet places. All were missed by others. Isaiah then filled entry and other inside locations. He gave me a tour with a thorough explanation of findings. I appreciated the learning opportunity. Traps remain until further notice.
