I called Dusty multiple times to set up an appointment because l couldn't find anyone else quick enough, he said he could make it in the morning on Tuesday after Labor Day, when he called back he changed to Tuesday afternoon which conflicted with my schedule, he offered other alternatives but didn't work out either, so it made him mad and yelled at me, "l think you should find someone else!" That's not a way to treat a potential customer even though your business is booming!

Great experience overall. Dusty was pleasant, patient, and, above all, accommodating while setting up the appointment. The journeyman he sent out, Michael Jordan, was polite, clean, and more than proficient, as far as I could tell, in his chosen field. I'd highly recommend Craftsman Plumbing to anyone who needs something done.

Dusty was friendly, considerate and explained everything very clearly. He was so sweet with our daughter that she has been telling everybody that she wants to be a plumber like Dusty! We really appreciate him and will recommend him anytime a person needs a plumber.

Showed up with booties over his boots, was very detailed and completed all my tasks.
