Hired Tim Reese to repair garage roof. Paid him when said he completed the job as I live out of state. When I got ready to sell the house shortly thereafter, no visible repairs, according to the real estate inspector. In King Count small claims court, he admitted he did NO work. I received $2,545 judgement against Tim Reese . Case number 175-05650 December 21 2017.

Tim was contracted to fix a leak in my garage roof for $2000. When the job was supposedly completed, I paid him. Approximately 6 months later, when I had it professionally inspected to sell, the bank provided inspection said the roof showed NO SIGNS OF ANY REPAIR AT ALL. When TIm was asked, by my son, who is the new owner, why no work was completed, he said he did not check to verify the work was done and he would fix it. More than four months have passed. The new owner, my son, has called and texted multiple times.Last excuse I heard from him was he was trying to contact the new owner. He knows my son is the new owner and Tim has been to the house with my son to discuss the garage repairs situation. We are now preparing to take him to court to get the $2000.
