Sigrid's Table | Jul 2011 | Sigrid's table is part of a dining room set which includes a harvest table, two benches, and two stools. It was designed for 8-10 people and is a variation on a trestle table. The table contrasts the refinement and precision of the ACME screw and exposed wood joinery with the strong, organic grain of the Siberian Elm. The ACME screw serves as the trestle for the legs of the table. The stainless steel dowels are the primary connecting joints for the two planks on each of the bench seats. The stools are made from reclaimed Oak posts from a barn in rural Ohio. | Cleveland Heights, OH | ||
