Rick did not take notes when I went over the project with him, then when his crew made a mistake blamed it on me saying I changed the scope of the project. When I was unhappy with the quality of work he again blamed it on me. After the third visit to fix the mistakes I offered to get supplies from Home Depot and told me no that he would get them. Then he charged a 15% add on for picking them up. Plus he charged me for material I had on hand and the beginning of the project because he was unable to work with it. All in all the two star rating is listed as a fair job and that is what was done. The lack of professionalism and his inability to take criticism when the customer is not happy is what made me write this review. I have emails and his bill to back up everything I have said.

Can't say enough good things about Rick. He's reliable, does an outstanding job and follows up post-project. We'll be using him again for future projects.
