Ameriserv has been my go-to roofer for our real estate clients for the past few years. I am extremely pleased with their responsiveness, customer service, and fair pricing. It is very hard to find a contractor to respond in a timely manner, especially when I have deadlines in a real estate contract. Ameriserv has never let me down!

Josh and Chris are great to work with. Chris came out and did an inspection on my roof when my wife and I first bought our house and found a leak another "big name" roofing company had missed. Even though it wasn't a huge job, they were more than willing to do the work so we were taken care of in our new home. Since then, Josh and his crew have also come out and done a moss removal for us as well. I've recommended them to family and friends who they've also done work for.

These people were a breath of fresh air. I had 6 bids with a spread of 12K between the low and high. There's was not the lowest but it was the only one that addressed all of the issues with regard to the repairs that were needed to provide a sustainable roof. I had mentioned these repair needs to all of the company's that were invited to bid and only one other company even looked or addressed the issues while preparing there bids. The other company that looked acknowledged the need for them but declined to furnish a bid or even a estimate. I had four roofs done one metal, two composition, and one membrane. The work was excellent and the communication GREAT! It may sound as though I am a fan, and I just may be, as I have recommended them to 9 others in need of roofing and 8 of them now have a new roof provided by Ameriserv and are recommending them to others.
