We proactively replaced our sewer with Budget Sewer (BS) a couple of months ago. Dealing with this company is a little frustrating as Paul (the owner) doesn't seem to embrace traditional communication standards. I rarely understood when he'd be showing up at our house. I wasn't entirely sure of our status with the company when one day i came home from walking my dog to find some very nice guys digging an enormous hole in my back yard. The completed the work very efficiently over the course of the next three days. My problem is this: After BS replaced our sewer our basement started flooding, a lot! We've owned the house for three years and never once in that time have we experienced a flood. Since the sewer was replaced it has flooded very predictably after every significant rainfall. BS has attempted to explain away the problem, but his communication style is to increasingly speak louder until he's just yelling at you. One such incident occurred when he showed up unannounced at our house. My wife was the only one home and BS insisted that he allow her in. From that point he kept started yelling at her to the point that she had to ask him to leave as she felt quite threatened. As such i can't really recommend this company, despite the fact that they did in fact replace my sewer.
They did a good job, in a timely fashion, for less than the competition.
