I own a multi-level townhome (no HOA) with ac/heat on three levels. They are individually controlled by three Mitsubishi PAR-21MAA-K thermostats. I would like to replace them with a smart thermostat(s) (ie Ecobee or Nest). I would like to get this done before the end of the month. On a related note the home also has in-floor heating which is controlled by separate controllers. They dont necessarily need to integrate with the above smart thermostat but I wonder if they could? thanks
