Just a heads up Please DO NOT DO any business with JOE PETREE of UNLIMITED CONSTRUCTION..... he is not reliable he does not stand behind his work and does shoddy work...... he put in a driveway for us last fall in late November less then 6 months later it is cracking all over we have called and left messages with his wife numerous times but he never returns our calls. He put in a basement window and new window well and cover the window well sets below the ground level what good is that every time it rains the rain pours in the window it has ruined a finished basement... the jerk refuses to return any calls....don't waste your money he stiffed us for over $17,000... were going to court over this.....everything this guy says is nothing but lies!
