ALS Locksmith

Very impressed with Mike who came & unlocked my car within 5 or 6 minutes of his arrival. My battery went dead in my car also & he helped with that as well. Will recommend ALS to anyone. Very friendly & helpful.

My car key had broken in half, and my car wouldn’t start up. My fiancé called every locksmith in town, but nobody picked up the phone. He called ALS Locksmith, and although he picked up, I wish he never did. Yes we got the key...3 days and 230 dollars later. We wasted our time and our money. He came up with so many excuses on why he couldn’t work on getting our key that it began to sound like he was completely making things up. He also took very long to get out to my fiancé as he waited for hours in our car. He’s very unprofessional. He hung up on me while I was talking to him about giving us our money back; what a coincidence. He then proceeds to call me back claiming he was with another customer at the time. What BS. I left him a message stating that if he isn’t there at ten o’clock, the time he said he’d be there, we were going to have some problems. Low and behold my key is finally ready. He left my key in the ignition while it was unlocked. That was very stupid to do, considering that someone could have hopped in my car and stole it. If I could give this man zero stars i absolutely would. If you want your money and time, go to Mike’s locksmith. He’ll do it for cheap with great customer service and speedy time. ALS isn’t worth a dime of your money. That’s what you get for hanging up on a angry, pissed off woman, let alone someone who’s supposed to be a paying customer.
