Everyone we had contact with at Dowdle and Powell was very helpful. Chris helped us choose the dual fuel system that was right for us. Jana ordered the parts promptly and installation was complete in 2 days despite weather. Dan and Don, our installers, were awesome. They corrected issues from the original install, helped us to better understand our new system, and helped us set up the new thermostat. They went above and beyond, replacing the dryer vent hose for us while they were under the house. We had the parts but neither of us was able to do it. God bless you and thank you all so much.
