Dishonest---a realtor sent them to inspect for termites. The owner asked me if I had a termite contract and I replied no. He then said we had active termites in our planting bed and wanted $700 to treat. My realtor recommended another company, a large company to come and inspect. The following day, Algood Pest Control came to my home and said no termites were found. We had to spend $500 to have them treat because of Alpha & Omega's false report. The technician just left and confirmed he saw no active termites in or around our home. Do not use Alpha & Omega! They'll rip you off!
