BUYER BEWARE!!!! Stay away from this company as the owner/representative is a con artist. He came out to give an estimate and told us that we needed a new module for the condenser, it costs $485 and it takes 3-4 days to receive it. Ok fine, how do I make the payment. Well, you need to pay me the $485 so that I can buy it for you. Why? Oh, because in the past, customers have purchased it, but then didn't follow through with the service. I knew that sounded ridiculous, but I really wanted my unit to be fixed, so I paid him $485. Once the payment was made, he never followed up with me and after about a week and a half, I contacted him about status. He said he received it and we set a date for him to install. This was during the holiday season, so I was on vacation and could not be available for the original date we set. Once I got back, I immediately followed up with him to see when he would be able to come out and install it. Here came the excuses. I have to go pick up the module, but you told me in mid December you already had it. No, I have to pick it up from some place else. Meanwhile, I have a whole conversation via text messages of him saying he had already received it. Another red flag was the original price quoted was doubled. He told my husband it would be $150, but then changed it to $300.At this point, I was fed up and did not like the run around he was giving me AND the fact that I was out of $485 dollars especially around the holidays!! I could've bought my kid something with that money, BUT NO, this scammer has my money for no reason and now refuses to give me a refund. Run, don't walk away from this thief!
