The roof itself looks decent, but they "built in extra in the budget to replace rotted boards" and just put the new roof right over the rotted boards without replacing them (didn't refund that extra $$ though). Also, we had solar flood lights for safety on the front porch roof. Instead of simply unplugging the connecting wire, they cut the wire! Brian personally promised to replace the wire and took the solar collector with him. It's been 5 months. Not only have they not replaced it, but they won't return my calls and won't return my solar collector. Now I have to lay out more money to buy a whole new light, take a day off work to go replace it. We paid for a roof vent to be included. That didn't happen, either, but again, it wasn't removed from the bill.

They do a great job, work hard and left the place cleaner then when they started. WOW, was very impressed with everything they did.
