This home had a lot of charm and endless potential but needed updating. Sparrow Exteriors removed the old asphalt shingle roof, replaced a lot of rotten wood and installed a brand new DaVinci synthetic slate Bellaforte roof system complete with copper nails, flashings and accessories.

This beautiful home originally had a cedar shake roof, but due to time, weather and pesky squirrels it was time to replace it. We installed DaVinci Roofscapes Bellaforte Shake in the Mountain Blend Color, custom fabricated valley metal and installed K-Style gutters with round downspouts for a custom look.

This fun project won us DaVinci Roofscapes Project of the Year award for 2016, and had our work featured at the International Roofing Expo in March of 2017. To see the video highlights of this project: https://youtu.be/UzCCB4kZdbk We removed the existing cedar shake roof & installed DaVinci Roofscapes Bellaforte Shake in the Mountain Blend color. We also replaced the gutter system and installed a new debris cover. The sunroom's metal roof needed replaced and we installed a new McElroy standing seam system. Much of the exterior 's decorative metal pieces were damaged by hail and we custom fabricated their replacement along with custom copper valley metal. We also performed a small remodel on the interior guest bath.

The roof, gutters, stucco and exterior painting were all damaged by a hailstorm. We met with the client's insurer and provided them with a tour of the damages as well as our documentation and breakdown. After seeing everything, the adjuster agreed with us. We replaced the roof, gutters, repaired the stucco and painted the exterior. The homeowner initially had an Atlas Chalet shingled roof which had been discontinued. This often presents a problem on such claims, but due to the documentation we provided the process went very smoothly and the insurer moved them into a laminated dimensional shingle.

Our client reached out to us to obtain a quote on replacing his roof. At that time we were but one of many contractors he was interviewing and considering. Ultimately, we were awarded the roof replacement. After seeing the quality of work we provided, the client awarded us the replacement of the siding, exterior painting, new shutters and seamless gutters. The transformation was remarkable.

Our client originally had a Cedar Shake roof. Unfortunately, due to hail damage the roof had to be replaced. After detailing everything involved, we successfully convinced their insurer to allow for a complete replacement. We then presented our customer with several options: Cedar Shake, Stone-Coated Metal (Gerard, Allmet, Decra & Metro) as well as DaVinci Roofscapes Shake & Slate profiles. The homeowner immediately fell in love with the look, durability & price point DaVinci offered. The project took roughly five days to complete (custom installations such as this tend to require more time) and our client was absolutely thrilled.
