I Want to mention that I made the biggest mistake with Dan. My opinion is he is unorganized, untrained, and a conman. He kept lying to me over and over about things. He will not call no show. They will not clean up after themselves. and they will destroy your property. He was all getting the work done. But all the sad stories of his car breaking down. And it was something I felt for. I told him I was disabled. I begged him to finish, everything was not fitting. and to do my floors and vanity in my bathroom. he reused the ones in his trailer he's remodeling. If you desire proof I'm willing to share his work. the fact he left it so raw sewage is leaking from his work. He has gaslit me and left my family devastated. since in my opinion he is doing this because he knows it was the very last of our funds from the bank. . And am reporting Dan, his business and all his employees to every government I can. He started as my hero. thought he saved my life. The price was too good to be true. He kept coming up short. and needed more cash ask for it, push for it. I just wanted him to finish what was on the contracts. repair everything he broke. or give me my money back so I can get it done. but I already know it's going to cost more for someone who values their customers to get this fixed. I even sent BBB to communicate so we could resolve this personally. I have been in hell since March 3. a project that was promised to take fifteen days to do. thirty days even, because they kept adding life-risking repairs that had to be done. like I said from the start how I feel is my opinion but the facts are he broke two contracts and ran off with the money. claiming he had down enough work on the house for what he was paid. Bad and shady business practice. Do not hire.

We paid Ridan’s Home Maintenance $2550 to replace a pole on our property. After many excuses as to why he hadn’t gotten to the job yet, he finally stopped returning our calls/emails/texts. After 6 months we reached out to an attorney to try to get our money back. Wish us luck.

He did come back and fix the problems we had the first time around. It was a big miscommunication and a time issue. His work is truly amazing and he is a hard worker! And great at correcting anything that needs to be corrected. And he was willing to do the extra mile for us when correcting the prob. Thanks Dan
