Unfortunately, we didn't have a good experience in working with this company, so I don't recommend LBA for HVAC commercial maintenance. Here is why. - They left HVAC panels open and laying on the ground exposing all the wiring to the rain and environment. - On another unit, the maintenance person did not bring the right filter sizes and left to go get the right sizes and left the unit open for 2 days and the rain got inside and damaged the interior ceiling causing us more repair expense - Every time they went to perform maintenance, something happens to break right at the time they were there on the spot. Last one of the motors failed they told us at the time workers are there. - They charged us for "maintenance" on units they claim did not work. And ended up threatening to send us to collection if we did not pay (after cancelling our contract) - Under no circumstances would ever recommend this company to anyone for their level of customer service, services on maintenance or professionalism.
