Heart of America Service Company LLC, a family owned business, has been serving the Greater Kansas City area since 1995. Previous to 1995 Ernie Cooper and Gene Rathjen worked together at another mechanical contracting firm, making the partnership between the two of them twenty-five plus years. Ernie's specific training in residential/ light commercial duct design and unit selection, coupled with Gene's expertise in energy conservation and weatherization provide the resources necessary to provide expert guidance to our customers. We specialize in furnace, air conditioner and heat pump replacements, service on all brands, whether residential or light commercial, as well as new light commercial installations.
