Like the other older review on here mentions. They will not follow the contract and do stuff only partly. They will ask to be paid saying the jobs done when it’s really not and say they will come back to finish the rest of the work work, but once paid you won’t see them again. They will throw cigarettes down on your property and also stuff will start come up missing around your house.

I had a construction crisis two years ago, which made part of my home impossible to live in (unstable flooring). Evans responded immediately to my call for help, started work immediately and restored the stability of my home within a few weeks. They are hardworking and competent, a family owned business.

In my experience with this business they do not keep there contractual agreements and do not stand behind their work. Make sure you check your contract to the t.They also do not finish jobs after they have been paid. Make sure you also get a lien release waiver because they will threaten putting a lien on your house if you try to hold them to their word. Maybe they do good work for other people you roll the dice
