Josh Quarders was everything you hope for in a contractor. Prompt and often shows up early. Quick and frequent communicator. Ability to understand my odd requests and to complete them as I visualized them. Most of all, integrity. He cares. He came back for an emergency that coincided with the work he had done. The emergency was not linked to the work he had done, yet he helped troubleshoot and repair. Thank you Josh!!
