lack of communication and follow; chasing multiple cell accounts and calls not returned. eventually got a quote and did not want to do how I wanted it. seemed really nice but not enough time for a small job (kind of the objective of porch.com)

It took Bill twice as long as estimated to complete the project, but he kept at it, finished before he left, and did not attempt to renegotiate the price. Very happy with the finished product.

Bill checked out the situation and tried several options and was able to come up with a working solution after many frustrating attempts. I was so impressed that he was able to complete the project in a few hours and the price was very reasonable.
