I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Travis and the company. Despite assurances of reliability and quality work, they failed to meet even the most basic standards of professionalism and communication. Firstly, Travis did not show up for our scheduled appointment without any prior notice. He agreed that he will show up between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm and he did not honor the timeframe, neither an email communicating a delay or cancelation. This lack of respect for my time and the disregard for our agreed-upon schedule was frustrating and unprofessional. Furthermore, when attempting to address the issue, I was met with disrespect and what felt like bullying tactics. This behavior is completely unacceptable and not reflective of a reputable contractor. Throughout this experience, it became clear that Travis does not value customer satisfaction or uphold their commitments. His lack of communication, unprofessionalism, and failure to honor commitments make them an unreliable choice for any project. In conclusion, I will not be using Travis and his company for any future projects and cannot still recommending their services to others.
