Artificial Rain LLC

I hired Artificial Rain on April 3 through an online service that matches customers with professionals. I hired them to perform “Spring Start-Up” and “Fall Shut-Down” for our residential irrigation system. The owner Travis replied that day “Ok no problem Keith I will be starting to do them next week and will reach out to you to set up a date and time. Thanks Again and look forward to working with you this year.” Then I waited until after Memorial Day for them to schedule and perform the “Spring Start-Up”. But they never communicated with me any further in any way so I finally hired somebody else. Angie's List is excluding this company from searches because the owner didn't pass their background check. His response below to my review is false and dishonest (he did not communicate in any way after April 3rd.

I have worked with this company for many years. They are very knowledgeable in the industry. They always come when they say they are going to come and are always on time. I have use several other companies in the area they are by far the best.

Great Company with outstanding customer service. I have been using these guys for a few years now and I am glad I found them always on time and very knowledgeable in the industry
