If you require just a one time cleaning, move-in/move-out or common areas in apartment buildings etc. I can swing it. Reg. Scheduled Cleanings- $15 hr. One Time Cleaning- $50 (one 3 hr. thorough cleaning) Move-in/out- $100 (averages 6-7 hrs. deep cleaning) Common Area Cleanings- sm.$35 lg.$45 (hallways, stairwells, lobby, laundry rooms, restrooms)
