WHITE CAT CONSTRUCTION & HANDYMAN

I have had to update this review as this project started back in June 2020. The first meeting with White Cat, or Rafael B, were fine and he got the job done at a fair price! However just a few months later, our windows were still broken and inoperable. We reached out to White Cat again as they had just repaired them, and had to rehire and pay another fee. After getting this second job started, one we initially thought had already been fixed, Raphael and White Cat fail to respond, taking with them the money we handed for the parts and never returned again. It has been months since our windows have been fixed (it is now May 2021), and Rafael has done nothing to respond, ignoring all my calls and texts. He failed to be communicative, requested we pay him to get the parts we needed, then never came back. It feels as if we were scammed into getting our windows "fixed" when they have not been since our initial request back in June of 2020. I do not endorse or recommend White Cat Construction, there are plenty of better options for handymen.
