Buyers beware, this slab was one of the worse slabs I have ever seen. garage door was 4 inches to small, our piers for our overhang are only 18" deep and were suppose to be 5'. We figured this out because they poured one pier 4' out of place. Owner has not called back once or offered to fix anything.
