Quillen Enterprises, located in Shingle Springs, is an insured and bonded home building contractor that provides wine cellar design, custom home design, custom home construction, and home building. They completed a roof replacement in December of 2003 using a permit received from El Dorado County; in July 1995, they completed a deck project using a permit acquired from the same office. The state of California has licensed Quillen Enterprises.
