Roy did a great job. He showed up for the estimate, gave a fair quote, and was ready to start doing the work right away. The job had some tricky aspects in that the house is relatively old so the trim is not one which is commonly stocked anymore, but Roy was able to find the specialty product without difficulty. There had also been previous repair work done to the same section of the roof which made the job more difficult. Roy had to fashion a specially cut piece of wood to make the old repair and the new repair work together; and it came out great! Even with all the extra work (and the ridiculously hot temperatures) Roy stuck to his originally quoted price.
