Grant has been in construction trades for over 30 years, a born problem solver. He highly skilled in most all building trades and is ready to offer solutions to your problems. Grant started as a Sawmill owner-operator, building his own log and timber home from ground up. Before moving to Shoreline, his previous company San Juan Timberframes designed and built over 40 custom executive log and timberframe homes throughout the western states. In Seattle this included a 2006 Street of Dreams home. He holds a number of patents and is currently enjoying meeting new people and the wide variety of challenges that handyman work brings.
