Geff with Hawks Eye Home Inspection is Professional, Affordable, Efficient, and Thorough. I contacted him on Friday, and he was available the next week with a time that catered to me. He not only notices the big things, but even noticed the small/safety issues that most inspectors would over look. We finished the inspection around 4:30PM, he said I would get the report within 24 hours, and he had the report emailed to me before 8PM!

Not only did they do a great job of inspecting the house .He told us about the windows needing being resealed and he gave good advice on that and other things that were needing attention and ideas on how to repair it.He also knows many contractors and is go get it type of guy.Me and my wife and two girls couldnt be happier with our new home...
