Rusty DID exceed our expectations! Showed up both times when he said he would; finished the jobs perfectly; didn't leave a mess and is operating with a drug-free brain. Our jobs were outside, but I will have NO hesitation in asking him to do indoor repairs. He's tidy in his person & his work and inspires trust. Great guy!
