Used him for a pool deck and the goal is to get a new deck with no cracks. We decided on a concrete deck with numerous expansion joints, so there's room for movement comes the different seasons. The concrete was poured and within 2 days, there's huge cracks that developed. Doug came out to repair and told me that he will cut more expansion joints so this won't happen. Deck came out really nice for about a month and he said he will fix the cracks if there's any comes spring. Fast forward 6 months and there are cracks EVERYWHERE. He was responsive for a few months and have now become completely unresponsive. I got this done September 2018 and now he's ignoring me. Use him at your own risk.
