Stopped by their office to discuss a possible remodel project and arrange a time to get a quote done. Otto (sp?) was incredibly rude and arrogant with us. When I asked him if he could break down the estimate in labor vs material costs, he said no. I tried to ask him to clarify why not (that is quite unusual to me, as it has been standard for us to receive this information in the past when pursuing work such as this). He informed us that he uses a computer program to create quotes, and all he does is put in the information and it tells him what to charge. He informed us that he "doesn't have time to be a number cruncher". He then told us perhaps we should go elsewhere, as he cannot provide what we are looking for. This raises a lot of red flags and calls into question their trustworthiness. Walked out without arranging for a quote.
