This project was for a three bedroom house in tombstone. The installed tile was 6"x 24" wood plank. The house has a few additions to the original slab so there was some elevation differences we had to level to and install a structural beam in the kitchen to fix a 2" sag.

This was a house that started as a studio and was slowly built into a 3 bedroom house. The original house was slab on grade concrete flooring that was not poured anywhere close to level. And the transitions to the bedrooms changes in elevation up to 2.5" for a proper install of such floor we had to grind concrete and pour leveler on the slab and repair the framing under the kitchen as it had a 3" sag caused by two broken joists. These were all items many would over look and use additional thunder as it is cheaper but pushing a product past its limitations is not what this company is all about.
