And failed to finish the work we were contracted to do. Attached is my response, I have mailed you and the MHIC a physical copy. As you know, your insurance company Liberty Mutual has communicated with you already that the trash on your premises, the carpet fibers in your toilet, and the paint on your concrete floor is documented as being an existing condition before the start of work on your property. Nonstop is not required to remove any trash left by other contractors or clean the paint left by other contractors without a signed contract or change order that both Nonstop and yourself agree has fair terms. Nonstop and Liberty Mutual agreed to replace your toilet and it was removed to be replaced before you cancelled our agreement, refused to further communicate with us, and refused to pay your outstanding invoice for the carpeting you selected. Nonstop is willing to replace your toilet, including the damaged flange and install the carpeting which is waiting in storage if you agree to pay us the remaining balance on the existing contract. This outstanding work can be done in one business day and will be scheduled upon final payment. Thank you for choosing Nonstop, LLC as your restoration provider,
