I writing a review for my seller that the buyer used this company for an home inspection. The inspector placed blue tape over everything he found wrong with the house moved furniture and was not placed back in the original place. I have used many home inspectors and never heard of them put tape on everything. Fast forward after the potential buyers decide to back out of the deal the sellers had to go through out the house and pull off every piece of blue tape. I called Kevin Patience and left a voicemail of my concern and couldn’t get a phone call or text back. I have called other realtors and they have never heard of this either.
