Sensa Air HVAC

Isam received a $5,800 payment to replace the HVAC at my rental property and did not render services. He also encouraged me to commit insurance fraud by lying to the insurance company about the date of the HVAC failure and blaming it on a recent storm, which was not true. We filed a claim with the district court today. I DO NOT recommend working with this company.

The only reason I have this guy one star is because you must rate. PLEASE do NOT trust this company Sensa-Air HVAC is a ripoff. He lies and tells you that you need to have items like a furnace or Air unit replaced when you really don't. I used him once and a friend of mines used him with their appliance company where he told them he could assist them in ripping off their insurance company to get a new replacement unit that their appliance company has already approved. The problem is the appliance's company takes the word of their contractors thinking that they are professional and honest and this guy just so happened to slip through the cracks. he's a con please do not use him and his assistants are more unprofessional than he is. He will rip you off and anyone that states he did good work is apparently friends of his.

I just won a lawsuit against Sam Zaghal and Sensa Air. Sam defrauded me of $7850. He took my money and told me he needed to order me a new, custom built furnace. Turns out there was nothing wrong with my old furnace and he never ordered a thing--just kept my money. He refused to refund it or go to mediation. I finally had to file a lawsuit in DC Superior Court which I just won. The judge awarded me my money back, damages, lawyer's fees, court costs, a penalty.
