Revolution Moving & Storage

Supposed to show up at 2 PM, showed up at 5PM, started work at 6PM. Didn't finish until 3:30 AM. Apparently the time the John told me that they would be there ready to start packing was the time that they were renting the truck, in Baltimore, on a Friday. Took at least 3 hours of breaks. I don't mind breaks at all, I know it's hard work, but all 3 disappearing at the same time for 20+ minutes per hour is excessive. Disappeared multiple times, I tracked them down 3 times, as did my Wife. Loud: We were moving out of a condo on the fourth floor, and they were yelling down the stairs back and forth all night. Moved at most 30% of my belongings, had to hire another moving company to finish the job. Was quoted 7 hours for 3 movers and 1 26 foot truck to pack and move a 2 bedroom condo, took 9.5 to move at most 30%, was charged for 12. Movers were on the phone the entire time on personal calls. The phone never quit ringing. DVD's were moved, but no TV was moved. It was getting too late, and the movers were obviously tired, so we decided to just grab the essentials, and the big stuff, and we would move the rest ourselves. Didn't move the essentials, so we woke up without silverware, plates and most other essentials. Didn't touch our bedroom as all, I pulled the mattress and box springs out of the condo and told them it was going to the truck, apparently a bed is not deemed essential? Glad I didn't tip them, and disappointed in myself for buying them dinner. I would say this is due to a Management failure, especially since every time there's a bad review, this thumbtack profile is removed and resubmitted so the reviews go away and a fake review is posted with 5 stars.
