Shower leaked for many years rotting the floor under the shower pan, tile and wood flooring in the adjoining bedroom. Cultured marble shower unit was removed all water damaged areas were removed and replaced with new treated lumber. Siding had to be removed and replaced after outside wall and framing was repaired. Area around the toilet was severely rotted through the subfloor, all bad wood was removed and replaced, sub flooring under parts of the adjoin bedroom were rotted, a section of flooring in the bed room needed to be removed so structural damage could be repaired. New sheetrock was installed, new wall between bedroom and bathroom was built, vanity was repaired and installed with new granite top and sink, new tile was laid on the floor and up the walls in the bathroom, new medical rails were installed around the toilet, new toilet was installed, new wood laminate flooring was installed in the bedroom. Bathroom and bedroom were repainted.

This was a house built in the 20's, the siding was degrading due to weather, it had old single pane windows and no insulation in the outside walls. Old siding was removed, walls were insulated with R13 and recovered with plywood. House was wrapped and 26 new windows were installed. Hardie plank siding was installed with new trim and entire home was painted by brush.
