David was very polite and considerate through out the entire inspection, when I use the word considerate I am implying he had what not many practice anymore. mindfulness of others in all parties vested and their space. He has an extreamly at ease vibe feel. I also really really felt respected since I still was occupying the home. Side note after just now is when I found his card is when I thought this card was the most beautiful business card I'd really ever held. Sorry if that sounds odd. Anyways highly recommended
