We hired Petko Petrovich/ Accolade Design to draw up some designs for a home remodeling project. I don't normally ever write these reviews but am out of options. Petko has been absolutely horrendous in his responsiveness and has held our drawings hostage. Our last correspondence with him was almost 2 months ago when he had some minor edits that he said he could turn around "in a day or two" so that we could send our project out for bid. We were very, very patient with him throughout the process as we know construction has been busy, but his continued lack of communication has been extremely unprofessional since the beginning. He now has our final drawings at the finish line but completely out of our hands and has refused to acknowledge any of our emails, phone calls or texts. We are not high maintenance people at all and have had very few edits to any of the designs. Our patience has run out and writing this review will hopefully get him to move or, at a minimum, help someone else not make the same mistake that we have. Do not hire Accolade/ Petko.
