He came out and honored the quote, replacing both springs quickly. A wheel was missing as well, which was replaced for a small charge. The garage door was also adjusted and is working well. The repairman was very friendly and polite and instructed me on how to care for my door. New era is on my keeper list. It feels good to find someone you feel you can trust.
