Cache Valley Concrete Cutting, LLC

Set an appointment for today at 7:30. I was up and at the site at 7:20... and waited. 8:00 rolls around, no show. Call the shop, no answer. Leave a voicemail. Receive not a call, but a text saying they wouldn't be there for a while. I voice concern about lack of communication, and receive no apology. Guy shows up unannounced an hour and 20 minutes later, and I drive out to the site. Still no apology. They marked up my driveway with spray paint, and then told me it was going to cost 2x my original bid. Not impressed. Even a little bit of communication could have made this situation work out, but the owner didn't care.
