Kathy and her team are absolutely amazing! She did a major remodel for my home in Redmond while I was out of state. Her communication and her taste are excellent. I always felt she had my best interest at heart and was shopping for good deals and making wise decisions. I have worked with many contractors and handyman/women and no one compares to Kathy. You would be extremely lucky if you can get her on a home project, especially the big ones.

  | Guest Bathroom Remodel & Entryway Update | Dec 2015 | Tile, tile & more tile. This was a major refresher for this 1990's Condo Guest 3/4 Bathroom. This client knew she wanted to reuse cabinet & toilet - and that she wanted to use more tile, but was a bit overwhelmed with where to go from there. No problem. We helped her identify her style and sourced finishes for her to select from which included: new granite countertop with undercount sink; fixtures; selected paint colors for the cabinet & walls/ceiling; custom glass shower surround, and, most importantly, helped her select 3 coordinating tiles to make the transition from the entry way to the adjacent bathroom work seamlessly. Attention was paid, too, to keeping her neighbors happy in the process. Our client was extremely pleased with the results and looking forward to having us tackle her kitchen remodel soon. | $19k | Seattle, WA |
