Infinity Gutter

I have use Matt on past jobs and I’ve recommended him to clients. I have always enjoyed working with him until more recently. Hired him to do a small gutter job and gave him the money upfront to get the material. It’s been six months and he has promised to come and he’s not shown up. I have tried every outlet to reach out to him to get this job done. Super disappointed, Not only in him but for me being so trusting.

Matt, Infinity Gutter, was recommended by a contractor we have worked with, to resolve our drainage issues. We found Matt to be unreliable. He could not keep appointments. Even those appointments that he himself scheduled. He never shows up, always has excuses. Not even a courtesy call to let us know he isn't coming. We gave him many opportunities to make it right and he failed us, and embarrassed the contractor who recommended him. Aside from unreliability, when he first came out to look at the job, he left an open hole exposing the drain he would connect into. He said he would be back. That was the extent of it. As I said, we have him many chances to make things right.

Came out the next day and gave me a reasonable quote. Friendly and thorough.

It was a real pleasure working with Infinity Gutter. I had a fairly good size project with 300 feet of gutter and leaf protection installed at multiple heights with a pretty tough tear-off of old gutter. The project was bid at an extremely fair price. I met with six companies and Infinity saw things and suggested options that all the other companies didn't address. This is what really sold me on using Infinity on this project. The company is very professional, thorough, fast, and detailed to give the project that extra clean look. The gutter style has enhanced the house appearance and and adds that little extra to bring out the character of the home. I can't begin to express the pleasure of not having to clean the gutters any more. The leaf protection systems is very affordable and works very well at a wonderful price.
