PREPARATION: Pressure wash and clean all surfaces to be painted, remove all dirt and mildew so the new finish coat with adhere properly. Apply paintable silicone caulking by filling all cracks and gaps around windows, doors, wood joints and seems to prevent wood decay, seal out moisture & drafts of areas to be painted or as specified. Scrape all loose and peeling paint to ensure proper adhesion of primer/finish coat. Cover non staining areas such as: Roof, foundation of the house, plants, windows, etc. PRIMING: Description Primer Purpose After scraping and sanding, priming bare wood. 100% Acrylic Allow for proper adhesion of finish coat FINISH COATS: Spray two coats and back roll with 100% acrylic flat paint on body of the house and soffit. Hand brush and roll two coats on trim using 100% acrylic satin paint. Spray two coats of 100% acrylic semi-gloss paint on the exterior doors.
