Chandler's Tree & Stump Services Inc went above and beyond to ensure the job was done to my satisfaction. They were proactive in addressing potential risks and completed the work with precision. I'm extremely pleased with their professionalism and would recommend them without hesitation.

We hired Chandler's to trim several trees. Since i had recently had surgery, I could not be out while they were doing the work. They did not know what they were doing and cut the top out of a beautiful Birch tree without knowing what type of Birch it was. Now, we have a weeping Birch without new growth in major branches. Bad business!!

We had a tree fall on a Saturday night and Chandler's picked up the phone at 8 am on a Sunday morning had a crew out by 1:00 to remove the tree from our driveway. Received a couple of follow-up calls from Chandler's to confirm everything went well.

Pricing for the service was much better than I had ever expected and I'm so happy to be rid of the dying trees - the other trees seem happy too. I would suggest you be extra extra clear when communicating since there is some confusion when talking to the office - there can even be a bit of an unpleasant attitude with them. But the service itself was worth it and we will re-use them for future needs.
