Beautiful Italian marble is the focal point. Accessorised with all Kohler fixtures and components. I sealed the marble before and after installation to protect its beauty.   | Somers Basement Bathroom | Nov 2014 | Bathroom renovation where the homeowner supplied all materials. Price is labor only. This is a high end remodel for a basement bathroom. Existing bathroom was completely gutted. The main work in this bathroom was the installation of oversized Italian marble with a beautiful luster. To maintain the quality of and protect the marble I sealed it before and after installation and after grouting. Tremendous finished product. | $11k | Somers, NY |
  | Basement remodel Somers NY | Oct 2013 | A 1000 sq. ft. Unfinished basement was turned into an amazing added living space. The price listed included all parts and labor. The flooring is a laminate wood look. The concrete floors and walls were sealed first with a water blocker. The floor also has a vapor barrier. The ceiling is a suspended tile to give access when needed to electrical and water lines. It also provides better sound proofing than Sheetrock. We used mold resistant Sheetrock and a kilz primer under the two finish coats. Sill plates are pressure treated 2X4 's. The boiler room is fire rated with a steel door and 5/8" Sheetrock. He needed a shower stall in place of his tub for easy entry for a now semi disabled elderly individual. Although busy, I live nearby and took the job. The bathroom ,at the owners request, stayed intact. Except for the tub area. We removed the tub and built a beautiful custom tile shower pan. Tiled the walls from floor to ceiling and a new tile floor. We installed three handicap grab handles and a adjustable shower hose. The entire job was completed in 4 days | $6k | Somers, NY |
