Costco.com double oven order was a nightmare. Their installation team never show, no communication, no explanation, nothing. The oven stayed in the middle of my kitchen for almost a week and Kitchenaid.com helped me find Kevin. Kevin drove 45min to my house and had the oven installed beautifully. Our address is not in his business radius but he still came and there is only $35 surcharge for the extra drive. Costco should hire contractors like Kevin!! Thank you, Kevin!!!
